Spaulding Turnpike Exit 15 Ramp Closure In Rochester Southbound Off-Ramp To Be Closed For One Month The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) announces the existing Exit 15 southbound off-ramp of the Spaulding Turnpike in Rochester will be closed from Monday March 28, 2011 through Friday April 29, 2011. This closure is required to complete the construction of the new Exit 15 southbound off-ramp. Signing will be in place to direct ramp traffic to use the Exit 14 southbound off-ramp and Ten Rod Road. This work is part of the overall expansion and widening of the Spaulding Turnpike from Exit 12 to Exit 16 around Rochester. The General Contractor for this segment of the project is Severino Construction of Candia, New Hampshire.
