Main Street Improvement To Rail Trail Crossing
The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) announces a combined Public Officials/Public Informational Meeting will be held on Monday, March 14, 2011 to discuss Main Street improvements to a rail trail crossing in Enfield. This is a breakout project from the Main Street Bridge over Mascoma Lake project.
The March 14 public meeting will take place at the Enfield Community Building, 308 US Route 4, in Enfield, New Hampshire, beginning at 7:00 pm.
The purpose of this meeting is to present citizens and public officials with information regarding the proposed project, and to solicit public input in order to ensure that project decisions meet public transportation needs, community goals, and protect and enhance the environment. This project will be administered according to the requirements of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and all related statutes to ensure nondiscrimination.
