Bridge Repairs On NH 13 (Clinton Street) In Concord Shoulder Closure Over Bella Brook For Three Weeks The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) announces bridge repairs are scheduled to begin Friday, January 28, on the NH Route 13 (Clinton Street) bridge over Bella Brook in Concord. This curb repair work is expected to take three weeks to complete and will require a shoulder closure. Daily work hours will be from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Motorists are urged to proceed through the work zone with caution. In the event of inclement weather, work will be postponed until the following day.
