Rehabilitation Of NH 25/NH 118 Bridge Over Baker River
The New Hampshire Department of Transportation announces a combined Public Officials/Public Informational Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, December 7, 2010 to discuss the proposed rehabilitation of the bridge that carries NH Routes 25 and 118 over the Baker River in Wentworth. This work will include complete replacement of the bridge deck and structural steel, as well as the replacement of some cable guardrail located both north and south of the bridge.
The December 7 public meeting will be held at the Wentworth Town Office, 7 Atwell Road, in Wentworth, New Hampshire, beginning at 6:30 pm.
The purpose of this meeting is to present citizens and public officials with information regarding the proposed project in order to ensure that project decisions meet public transportation needs, community goals, and protect and enhance the environment. Accordingly, the NHDOT assures that this project will be administered according to the requirements of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and all related statutes to ensure nondiscrimination.Any individual needing assistance or auxiliary communication equipment due to sensory impairment or other disability should contact the Bureau of Right- of-Way, NHDOT, P.O.
