Night Closure Of I-293 Exit 2 Ramp In Manchester Pavement Repairs On Westbound On-Ramp At Brown Avenue The New Hampshire Department of Transportation announces the planned temporary closure of the I-293 westbound on-ramp at Exit 2 (Brown Avenue) in Manchester on the night of Wednesday, November 10. A NHDOT highway maintenance crew will close the ramp at 9:00 pm for approximately one hour for pavement repairs. Electronic message boards will alert drivers to the temporary closure. Motorists seeking to go westbound on I-293 from Brown Avenue during the closure period should take the eastbound ramp to Exit 1 (South Willow Street) and reverse direction.
