Everett Turnpike Tolling Public Informational Meetings Set For Manchester, Nashua, Bedford And Merrimack The New Hampshire Department of Transportation announces Public Information Meetings have been scheduled in four communities to discuss tolling and widening options for the F.E. Everett Turnpike. The public meetings will all be held at 6:30 PM at the following dates and locations: Wednesday, November 10, 2010 – Manchester – in the City Hall Aldermanic Chambers (1 City Hall Plaza). Wednesday, November 17, 2010 – Nashua – in the City Hall Auditorium (229 Main Street). Thursday, November 18, 2010 – Bedford – in the Town Hall-BCTV Room (10 Meetinghouse Road). o Monday, November 22, 2010 – Merrimack – in the Town Hall (West Wing Upper Level) (6 Baboosic Lake Road). The purpose of these meetings is to present citizens and public officials with information regarding the proposed project in order to ensure that project decisions meet public transportation needs, community goals, and protect and enhance the environment. Accordingly, the NHDOT assures that this project will be administered according to the requirements of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and all related statutes to ensure nondiscrimination. Any individual needing assistance or auxiliary communication equipment due to sensory impairment or other disability should contact the Bureau of Right- of-Way, NHDOT, P.O. Box 483, Concord, NH 03302-0483 – TDD Access: Relay NH 1-800-735-2964. Notification of the need for assistance must be made no later than one week prior to each meeting date.
