|Spaulding Turnpike Ramp Closure at Exit 7 in Dover
Southbound On-Ramp Daytime Closure For Four Days
The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) announces plans for closing the Spaulding Turnpike Exit 7 southbound on-ramp during daytime hours for four days to allow for guardrail, drainage and curb work.
This ramp closure will be in effect from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, beginning Wednesday, September 22, and continuing on Thursday (9/23), Friday (9/24) and Monday (9/25). Message boards and signs will be in place to direct traffic to use the Exit 7 northbound on-ramp and reverse direction at Exit 8.
The work to be done includes the replacement of 1,100 feet of guardrail, miscellaneous drainage work, and curb replacement.
Delucca Fence Company, Inc. of Methuen, Massachusetts is the contractor for the project, which is part of a larger $1.28 million guardrail replacement contract for the Spaulding and Everett Turnpikes.
