| Errol Public Officials/Informational Meeting
Proposed Realignment Of A Section Of NH Route 16 The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) announces a combined Public Officials/Public Informational Meeting will be held Wednesday, August 25, 2010 to discuss realignment of a 2/3's mile segment of NH Route 16 adjacent to the Androscoggin River, beginning approximately 1.7 miles north of the Cambridge/Errol town line. The August 25 public meeting will be held at the Errol Town Hall, 33 Main Street in Errol, New Hampshire, beginning at 7:00 PM. The purpose of this meeting is to present citizens and public officials with the information regarding the proposed project, and to solicit public input in order to ensure that project decisions meet public transportation needs, community goals, and protect and enhance the environment. Accordingly, the NHDOT assures that this project will be administered according to the requirements of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and all related statutes to ensure nondiscrimination.
