New Spaulding Turnpike Ramp To Open In Rochester Exit 12 Northbound On-Ramp From NH Route 125 The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) announces the scheduled opening of the new northbound on-ramp from NH Route 125 at Exit 12 of the Spaulding Turnpike in Rochester on Tuesday, August 3, 2010. With the opening of the new bridge and roadway for the ramp, the temporary access and the temporary signals on NH 125 at this intersection will be removed. Work continues on the remaining bridges for Exit 12, including northbound over the Cocheco River and the northbound off-ramp bridge. The planned schedule for the full Exit 12 opening is the end of October 2010. S.U.R. Construction Inc. of Rochester, New Hampshire is the prime contractor on this project. The scheduled final completion of the project is June 2011.

The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) announces the scheduled opening of the new northbound on-ramp from NH Route 125 at Exit 12 of the Spaulding Turnpike in Rochester on Tuesday, August 3, 2010.
