Night Bridge Work In Rochester Exit 15 The New Hampshire Department of Transportation announces that nighttime bridge repair work on the Route 11 overpass at Exit 15 of the Spaulding Turnpike in Rochester will occur on Tuesday, July 27. Work will involve overhead bridge deck construction and traffic will be detoured around the work area between 8:00 PM and 5:00 AM. This work is part of the overall expansion and widening of the Spaulding Turnpike from Exit 12-16 around Rochester. The general contractor for this segment of the project is Severino Construction of Candia, New Hampshire.
