Nighttime Paving Work On I-95 Exit 2 Ramps The New Hampshire Department of Transportation announces that nighttime paving operations will necessitate short-term ramp closures on Interstate 95 (Blue Star Turnpike) at Exit 2 and occur Sunday, July 25 through Thursday, July 29. The Exit 2 Northbound on-ramp to I-95 is slated for closure on Monday, July 26 and the Exit 2 Northbound off-ramp from I-95 will be closed on Thursday, July 29. Dates are weather dependent. Work hours are scheduled to be 8:00 PM thru 6:00 AM with ramp closures occurring after 10:00 PM to avoid high traffic volume timeframes. This work is part of the overall Hampton Open Road Tolling project.
