Night Paving Of NH Route 3A In Manchester-Hooksett-Bow-Concord 12 Miles Of Paving Expected To Take One Week To Complete The New Hampshire Department of Transportation announces night paving work of 12 miles of NH Route 3A from Manchester to Concord is expected to begin on Tuesday, July 13. This paving work will tale place nightly from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM for approximately one week. Alternating one-way traffic will be used in the work zones. Continental Paving, Inc. of Londonderry, New Hampshire is the contractor for this project, which is part of a larger $2.5 million district resurfacing contract.
