Pavement Work Planned For Little Bay Bridge In Newington Northbound Lane Closure In The Early Morning Hours Of June 23 The New Hampshire Department of Transportation announces pavement repair work is scheduled to take place on the northbound side of the Little Bay Bridge on the Spaulding Turnpike (NH 16) in Newington on Wednesday, June 23, 2010. This pavement work will occur during a four-hour period from 4:00 AM to 8:00 AM and will require a left lane closure. Cones and barrels will be used to guide northbound motorists through the work zone.
