Paving Work Underway On NH Route 101 In Milford
Four Mile Project Includes Work On Three Bridges

The New Hampshire Department of Transportation announces work is underway on a paving project on a four-mile section of NH Route 101 in Milford from Elm Street east to 1/2 mile east of the bridge over NH Route 13.

Daytime work this week involves pavement reclaiming and repaving of a 700-foot section of NH 101 between Old Wilton Road and Elm Street (NH 101A). Traffic shifts will be in place to allow for one lane of traffic in each direction. Minor delays should be expected.

This project also includes work on three bridges within the project area. Additional paving work will be done at night. Continental Paving Inc. of Londonderry, New Hampshire is the general contractor for the $4.5 million project, which has a final completion date of September 24, 2010.
