Traffic Shift At Exit 15 On Spaulding Turnpike (NH 16) Project Replacement Of The NH 11 Overpass Bridge In Rochester The New Hampshire Department of Transportation announces the Spaulding Turnpike (NH Route 16) at Exit 15 in Rochester will be shifted to a new temporary traffic pattern on Tuesday, May 4, 2010. This traffic shift, which will separate northbound and southbound traffic, will enable the construction of the new bridge replacement for the NH Route 11 overpass. This work is part of the overall expansion and widening of the Spaulding Turnpike from Exit 12 to 16 around Rochester. The general contractor for this segment of the project is Severino Construction of Candia, New Hampshire.
