The New Hampshire Department of Transportation announces a Public Informational Meeting will be held Wednesday, March 31, 2010 in Boscawen to discuss planned safety improvements on US Route 4 at the intersection of Harris Hill Road.

The purpose of this meeting is to present concepts to improve safety, and to gather input from town officials and the public in order to ensure that project decisions meet public transportation needs, community goals, and protect and enhance the environment. Accordingly, the NHDOT assures that this project will be administered according to the requirements of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and all related statutes to ensure nondiscrimination.

The March 31 public meeting will take place at 6:00 pm at the Boscawen Municipal Building, 116 North Main Street, in Boscawen, New Hampshire.
