|Hampstead-Atkinson Public Informational Meeting
Pavement Rehabilitation Of 3.8 Miles Of NH Route 111
The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) announces a combined Public Officials/Public Informational Meeting has been scheduled to review and discuss safety improvements to the intersection of NH Route 111/West Road/Island Pond Road, and NH 111 pavement rehabilitation in Hampstead and Atkinson from just east of the intersection of West Road, Island Pond Road and Kipkam Road east to NH Route 121A (3.8 miles).
The public meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 3, 2010 at 7:00 PM at the Hampstead Town Hall, 11 Main Street, Hampstead, New Hampshire.
The purpose of this meeting is to present citizens and public officials with information regarding the proposed project and to solicit public input in order to ensure that project decisions meet public transportation needs, community goals, and protect and enhance the environment. Accordingly, NHDOT assures that this project will be administered according to the requirements of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and all related statutes to ensure nondiscrimination.
