| Night Work To Begin At Exit 3 Of I-93 In Windham
Construction Of New Northbound I-93 Bridge Over NH 111 The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) announces night work associated with the construction of the new northbound I-93 bridge over NH Route 111 at Exit 3 in Windham will begin on Friday, January 15th and continue until Friday, January 22, 2010 weather permitting. During nighttime work hours, NH Route 111(Indian Rock Road) will be alternating one-way traffic with uniformed officers directing traffic. Portions of the work will require traffic on NH Route 111 to be stopped in both directions for up to 20 minutes while steel beams are set and secured. These periodic stoppages will take place during nighttime and early morning hours as follows:
This work is part of the construction of a new I-93 northbound roadway in the vicinity of Exit 3 on the new alignment. Middlesex Corporation of Littleton, Massachusetts is the general contractor for the $25 million project, which is scheduled for completion in June 2010. |
