The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) is requesting proposals to provide "Rideshare" services for New Hampshire citizens who live or work in the Upper Valley region (Hanover-Lebanon area).

"Rideshare" services include a Web site that offers a free carpool matching program, and presents information on all Upper Valley Transportation Options with links for further information. All services offered via the Web site, will also be available through a dedicated phone line for anyone who does not have computer access.

Working with the employers in the region will be a primary avenue for notifying citizens of the "rideshare" services that are available to them.

Ten hard copies of a proposal and one electronic version must be submitted to the NHDOT by 3:00 PM on January 13, 2010. The main body of the proposal should be no more than four pages. Attachments can be added as appropriate.
