Spaulding Turnpike Exit 15 Southbound Off-Ramp Night Closure Evening Detour Planned On November 23 To Exit 14 Off-Ramp The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) announces the Exit 15 southbound off-ramp on the Spaulding Turnpike in Rochester will be closed to traffic the night of Monday, November 23, 2009 starting at 8:00 PM to install a drainage crossing. Signs will be set up to direct traffic to use the Exit 14 southbound off-ramp. This work is part of the overall expansion and widening of the Spaulding Turnpike from Exit 12 to Exit 16 around Rochester. The general contractor for this segment of the project is Severino Construction of Candia, New Hampshire.
