New Spaulding Turnpike Northbound Off-Ramp At Exit 15 New Ramp In Rochester Will Open To Traffic On November 18 The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) announces a new Exit 15 northbound off-ramp on the Spaulding Turnpike in Rochester will be opened to traffic on Wednesday, November 18, 2009. On that same day the new ramp is opened, the old ramp will be closed to traffic. Traffic signals will be in operation at the intersection of the new ramp and NH Route 11 (Farmington Road). This work is part of the overall expansion and widening of the Spaulding Turnpike from Exit 12 to 16 around Rochester. The general contractor for this segment of the project is Severino Construction of Candia, New Hampshire.
