Rehabilitation Of Sherburne Road Bridge Over I-95
The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) announces a combined Public Officials/Public Informational Meeting will be held on Thursday, November 12, 2009 to discuss the planned rehabilitation of the Sherburne Road Bridge over Interstate 95 in Portsmouth. This project may have an effect on historic properties
The November 12 public meeting will be held at 7:00 PM at Portsmouth City Hall, Eileen Dondero Foley Council Chambers, 1 Junkins Avenue in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
The purpose of this meeting is to present citizens and public officials with information regarding the proposed project, and to solicit public input in order to ensure that project decisions meet public transportation needs, community goals, and protect and enhance the environment. Accordingly, the NHDOT assures that this project will be administered according to the requirements of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and all related statutes to ensure nondiscrimination.
