Spaulding Turnpike Project Traffic Change In Rochester Single Lane Alternating Traffic At Exit 15 For Four Nights The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) announces the Spaulding Turnpike (NH 16) at Exit 15 will be reduced to single lane alternating one-way traffic during the nights of Monday, November 2 through Thursday, November 5. Weather dependent, the alternating one-way traffic will be between 8:00 pm and 6:00 am each night. Motorists using the Spaulding Turnpike in this area during these nighttime hours can expect minor delays, as traffic will be briefly stopped for the short alternating one-way section. The Exit 15 southbound off ramp will be closed the nights of Wednesday, November 4 and Thursday, November 5. During the Exit 15 southbound off ramp closure, signs will be in place to direct traffic to use the Exit 14 southbound off ramp. This work is part of the overall expansion and widening of the Spaulding Turnpike from Exit 12 to 16 in Rochester. The general contractor for this segment of the project is Severino Construction of Candia, New Hampshire.
