Bridge Repairs Planned on NH Route 11 in Andover Joint Replacement Work Will Require Lane Shift For Eight Weeks The New Hampshire Department of Transportation announces bridge repairs are scheduled to begin Thursday, September 3, 2009 on the NH Route 11 bridge over the Blackwater Brook in Andover. This bridge repair work is expected to take eight weeks to complete and will require lane shifts. Temporary traffic signals will be used. Motorists should use caution when driving through this work zone and seek alternative routes if possible.
