The New Hampshire Department of Transportation announces bridge deck repairs will take place on the Rockingham Park Boulevard ramp in the Exit 1 area over I-93 in Salem.

The work will require single lane traffic that is scheduled for Thursday, November 9, 2000 weather permitting.

A New Hampshire Department of Transportation crew will restrict traffic to a 14-foot wide single lane. The restriction is expected to be 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Plans are to use arrow boards, signs, cones and police to guide vehicles through the work area. In the event of adverse weather, the start of the lane restriction may be delayed until the next suitable workday.

Motorists traveling on I-93 northbound in Salem in the Exit 1 area are asked to use caution when driving through the work zone, as workers and equipment will be present. Minor delays may be encountered.
