The New Hampshire Department of Transportation announces a Public Informational Meeting will be held Wednesday, November 15, 2000 in Whitefield to discuss the reconstruction of approximately two miles of US Route 3.

This project begins at the Carroll town line and continues north to the US 3/NH 116 intersection. It will include approach work on South Whitefield Road, and approach work or possible relocation of Colby Road.

The November 15 public meeting to display the current concept and to optain input will be held at the Whitefield Town Hall, 7 Jefferson Road, Whitefield, New Hampshire. An informal presentation of information will begin at 7:00 pm, followed by a question and comment period.
