EXIT 2 SOUTHBOUND ON-RAMP TO BE CLOSED IN NASHUA
TEN DAY CLOSURE PART OF NEW CONNECTOR RAMP CONSTRUCTION

The New Hampshire Department of Transportation announces beginning Monday, October 23, 2000, the Exit 2 southbound on-ramp to the Everett Turnpike will be closed for ten days to allow for construction of the new connector ramps between Exit 2 and Exit 1.

During the ramp closure period, motorists who normally use Exit 2 southbound are advised to use Daniel Webster Highway south to Spit Brook Road to the Everett Turnpike south into Massachusetts.

Detour signs and message boards will be used while the ramp is closed. Motorists will be advised in advance of the ramp closure to help minimize any inconvenience.

The new connector ramps ramps are expected to be open to traffic by November 15. The final completion date for the project is July 1, 2001.
