The New Hampshire Department of Transportation announces a Public Officials/Public Informational Meeting will be held Wednesday, October 18, 2000 in Milford to discuss plans to add sidewalks to the west side of Union Street.

This project would begin at the George Street intersection and run south to the Osgood Road intersection. A new closed drainage system replacing the existing drainage system is proposed for Union Street south of Osgood Road to the George Street/Union Street intersection.

The October 18 public meeting to display the current concept and to obtain input will be held at the Milford Town Hall, 1 Union Square, in Milford, New Hampshire. An informal presentation of information will begin at 7:00 pm, followed by a question and comment period.
