FINAL PAVING OF US ROUTE 3/WATER STREET IN CONCORD
The New Hampshire Department of Transportation announces the final paving of the US Route 3 (Manchester Street)/Water Street between Hall Street and the Merrimack River Bridge in Concord will take place on Friday, September 29, and Saturday, September 30, 2000. This work is part of the interchange construction project at Exit 13 of Interstate 93 in Concord. The paving work on Friday and Saturday will occur between the hours of 7:30 am and 4:30 pm each day. During these times US 3/Water Street will remain open. Lane closures will be used to perform the necessary work. Motorists should expect minor delays during this paving and paint striping process. Weaver Brothers Construction, Inc. of Bow, New Hampshire is the general contractor for the $16.5 million project. |
