NIGHT PAVING ON NH 28 BYPASS AND NH ROUTE 111
HOOKSETT-MANCHESTER AND WINDHAM-SALEM

The New Hampshire Department of Transportation announces nighttime paving is scheduled to take place on the NH Route 28 Bypass in Hooksett and Manchester and NH Route 111 in Windham and Salem.

Weather permitting, this night work will begin the evening of Sunday, August 6, 2000 on the Route 28 Bypass. The work area will be from the Massabesic traffic circle north to near the intersection with US Route 3. Work hours will be from 7:00 pm to 6:00 am for up to four consecutive nights.

The NH 111 paving work is scheduled to begin the evening of Wednesday, August 9, and continue from 7:00 pm to 6:00 am for up to three consecutive nights. The section to be paved runs from I-93's Exit 3 in Windham to Zion Hill Road in Salem.

One-way alternating traffic will be in place during the nighttime paving operations. Uniformed police officers and flaggers will be used to control traffic. Minor delays can be expected.

This paving work by Continental Paving, Inc., of Londonderry, NH, is part of a $1,531,000 contract that includes other paving projects.
