WILL REQUIRE SHOULDER CLOSURES ON
BRIDGE OVER NORTH BRANCH RIVER

The New Hampshire Department of Transportation announces bridge repairs will begin Monday, July 31, 2000 on the NH Route 9 bridge over the North Branch River in Antrim.

These bridge repairs are expected to take four weeks to complete and will require the closure of the shoulders on the bridge. Plans are to use signs, barrels, and concrete barriers to guide vehicles through the work area.

Motorists traveling on NH Route 9 in Antrim are asked to use caution when driving through the work zone, as workers and equipment will be present. Minor delays may be encountered.

In the event of adverse weather, the start of work may be delayed until the next suitable workday.
