The New Hampshire Department of Transportation announces work scheduled this week on ramps connecting Interstate 93 and NH Route 101 in Manchester will require traffic detours.

Nighttime paving operations will require the closing of the I-93 southbound Exit 6 off-ramp to Hanover Street and the Hanover Street to NH 101 eastbound on-ramp in Manchester on Friday, 7/28/00, between the hours of 7:00 pm and 7:00 am. Local traffic will be detoured to the next exit when the off-ramp is closed and to the Massabesic traffic circle when the on-ramp is closed. Only one ramp will be closed at a time.

On Friday, July 28, westbound traffic on NH Route 101 will be detoured to Exit 8 between the hours of 9:00 am and 3:00 pm to reverse direction. This section of NH 101 will be closed for the placement of two concrete bridge decks. In the event of adverse weather, the detour and concrete deck pouring will take place on Monday, July 31, 2000.
