  Speed Limit to Increase to 65 Mph on Spaulding Turnpike

  DOT plans to increase the existing speed limit from 55 mph to 65 mph on a section of the Spaulding Turnpike from Exit 9 in Dover through Exit 16 in Rochester, excluding the segment through the toll plaza in Rochester.
