We're planning a trip to New Hampshire. Where can I find tourist related information?
Our website offers transportation-related travel information including road and weather conditions, construction and traffic updates, and roadmaps. While we don't offer vacation planning tools, we do have links to other websites that offer these services.

I have a question concerning an ongoing construction project near my home. How can I contact someone responsible for that work?

First, determine if the work is indeed a Department of Transportation project. Municipalities and private businesses also oversee a substantial amount of construction statewide. If it is a DOT transportation project, responsibility for these construction activities may rest with one or more of our Bureaus. Contact our Bureau of Construction (271-2571) for info on road and bridge projects, Bureau of Highway Maintenance (271-2693) for local, smaller scale maintenance projects, or our Bureau of Public Works (271-3516) for most building and facility construction projects.

I'm interested in carpooling to work. Do you have carpool info?
The New Hampshire Rideshare Program has a website just for you! You'll find a complete description of our Rideshare program including interactive maps of the Department's Park & Ride locations, a rideshare calculator, and an online "ridematch" submission form to participate in the program. Visit their website at: http://www.nh.gov/dot/nhrideshare/
