| The Eastern States Consortium (ESC) has developed 8 forms to use when inspecting manufacturers’ plants and testing facilities to determine conformance to ESC quality control requirements. A 9th form has been developed to aid inspectors when obtaining pipe and resin samples for the National Transportation Product Evaluation Program (NTPEP). The ESC requires that participating manufacturers furnish two samples of pipe and resin for NTPEP testing annually. The forms are as follows: |
