To create a PDF from MicroStation:

1. Issue the Print command.
    
2. Select the NHDOT_PDF_bw.plt plot driver for black and white or NHDOT_PDF_C.plt plot driver to create a color file. For NHDOT users, these plot drivers are stored in N:\cadd\cadd\V8Workspace\Standards\plotdrv. For users outside the DOT, they can be found in the nhdot-msv8-plot.zip file available from the NHDOT File Library.
    
3. Set paper sizes and plot scales as you would for any other plotter. 
    
4. When you click you will be prompted for a file name and location.
