High Resolution Aerial Photographs 

A series of high-resolution aerial photographs are available to NHDOT MicroStation users for areas south and east of Campton. They are presently stored in \\hzndotgis1prd\gis\Mapping\Data\HI_RES_COLOR\.

This location has a collection of subdirectories containing the photos. To see which files are available in your project area, attach M:\CADD\GIS_To_MicrostationV8\photolist.dgn as a reference file. Be sure to select the Coincident-World orientation when attaching the file.

If files are available for the desired area, a rectangle with the file name will be displayed. The text contains a notation for the sub-directory where the file can be found. For example: .../Area_010/99842848.tif refers to the file \\hzndotgis1prd\gis\Mapping\Data\HI_RES_COLOR\Area_010\99842848.tif

To attach the photo in MicroStation, open the raster manager (File → Raster Manager). Then select File → Attach… from the raster manager dialog box. Uncheck the Place Interactively box if it is checked. Navigate to the directory where the files are stored and select the desired file.
