Out-of-state firms must acquire home state transportation agency certification prior to requesting certification from another state agency. When submitting this application, include all supporting documentation. Processing of an application will only occur if the applicant provides all required documentation. The applicant, not the state transportation agency, has responsibility for submitting any/all information as deemed necessary by the certifying agency.
If you are a certified DBE from another state and you would like to obtain the certification from NHDOT you do not have to complete the DBE Certification Form. Contact Jay Ankenbrock at 603-271-6612 for reciprocity certification.
