Contracts and Specifications
 
The Contracts and Specifications Section is responsible for preparing, processing and amending consultant agreements for preliminary and technical services. Also, developing, administering and maintaining the specifications and special provisions for construction materials and assembling bid proposals for construction projects.

2006 Standard Specifications for Road & Bridge Construction

The Standard Specifications are for general applications for all projects.

Supplemental Specifications

Supplementals are revisions and additions to the Standard Specification and are for general use on all projects.

Special Provisions

Special Provisions modify the Standard and Supplemental Specifications for an individual project.

Standard Plans for Road & Bridge Construction

Standard Plans are for general applications for all projects.
