| MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS | |
| Education: | Bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university with at least 15 credit hours in the field of computer science. Each additional year of approved formal education may be substituted for one year of required work experience. |
| Experience: | Four years' experience as a computer programmer or systems analyst associated with computer systems similar to the recruiting agency. Each additional year of approved work experience may be substituted for one year of required formal education. |
| Special Requirements: | Must have experience with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology or an equivalent. The successful candidate must have experience with the design and implementation of relational databases, Oracle experience preferred. Experience interacting directly with information system users is required. Experience working in an environment with minimal daily supervision/direction is preferred, as is experience with all phases of the system development methodology. |
| Licensing Requirements: | Must be eligible to hold a valid New Hampshire driver's license and have access to transportation for use in statewide travel. |
