- Attendance at Commissioner and Director level agency business meetings
- Assisting agency leaders in Return On Investment analysis on business opportunities
- Creating and writing RFP's and contracts jointly with agency personnel
- Attending agency Steering Committee meetings to determine top priorities
- Strategically developing/selecting and maintaining software with long-life potential
- Assisting agency leaders in defining data and technology sharing opportunities with federal, state agency, county and municipal systems
