CONCORD, N.H. - Friday's Ice Storm has caused a substantial increase in the demand for heating fuels. In an effort to facilitate the delivery of propane natural gas, heating fuel, and gasoline the Commissioner of the Department of Safety, John J. Barthlemes, has issued a waiver of driver's hours.

The waiver will be in effect for one week starting Saturday, December 13, 2008.
