Pursuant to the Administrative Procedures Act RSA 541-A, the NH Board of Dental Examiners hereby gives notice of a public hearing to be held, Monday, October 5, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. at the Philbrook Building, 121 S. Fruit St., Concord, NH, 03301 to hear oral testimony on proposed changes to the following rules: Den 101.10 "Direct supervision"; Den 102.01 Organization of Board; Den 206.03 Service of Documents; Den 208.03 Docketing, Service of Notice, Public Notice; Den 301.01 Application for Dental Hygienist Licensure; Den 301.02 Application for Dental Licensure; Den 301.03 Application for Dental Hygienist License Registration and Renewal; Den 301.04 Application for Dentist License Registration and Renewal; Den 301.05 Application for Temporary Licensure; Den 301.08 Board Fees; Den 301.12 Reinstatement of Lapsed Licenses; Den 301.13 Restricted License; Den 302.02 Supervision; Den 302.03 Dental Hygienist Qualifications; Den 302.04 Dentist Qualifications; Den 302.05 Qualification in Specific Area; Den 302.06 Expanded Function Dental Auxiliary (EFDA); Den 302.07 Certified Public Health Dental Hygienist (CPHDH); Den 304.01 Definitions; Den 304.02 Permits for Use of General Anesthesia, Deep Sedation and Moderate Sedation; Den 401.01 Assistants' Duties; Den 402.01 Hygienists' Duties; Den 402.02 Program Application for Public Health Supervision; Den 403.03 Continuing Education Requirement; Den 403.05 Waivers; and Den 501.01 Ethical Duties.

Persons interested in being heard on this matter may attend the hearing to provide oral and written statements. Please be advised that the doors to the building are locked at 4:00 p.m., after which time you will not have access to the building. Persons unable to attend the hearing may submit written statements, prior to October 5, 2015, to the Board office.
