Certification is administered in New Hampshire by the Department of Transportation, and applications can be accessed via the department's website or at its central office on 10 Hazen Drive, Concord. Once registered as a Woman-Owned Business, your company will be published in the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Directory, which will qualify you to bid for federal contracts.
