Job Description:
The NH Taskforce on Women & Recovery  (TWR) seeks a dynamic Executive Director with faith in the power of recovery and a passion for women's issues. The director will have administrative responsibility for overall management and functioning of the organization including strategic plan implementation, fiscal management, development, public and community relations, staff and volunteer management. Requirements:
Master's degree in human service related field, or bachelor's degree and 5 years experience in non profit management and/or addiction prevention and recovery field. Excellent communications skills, fiscal management and grant writing experience.

The NH Taskforce on Women & Recovery is a grassroots organization of recovering women and their allies dedicated to improving the lives of girls, women and families affected by alcohol and other drug problems through leadership training, community organizing and linkage services.  TWR works from an empowerment model with a focus on community organizing for women in the justice system, women recovering from the effects of trauma and violence and at-risk girls and families.
