SAFE-NH - a New Hampshire chapter of the Stop Abuse For Everyone organization, which offers support and services for under-served victims of domestic violence, particularly men.
The Media RADAR Project (Respecting Accuracy in Domestic Abuse Reporting) is a network of concerned men and women around the country who are working to ensure that the media fairly presents the hidden side of domestic violence: abused men.
MenTeach.org - a clearinghouse for research, education, and advocacy with a commitment to increase the number of men teaching young children in early and elementary education. They also provide training, workshops, conferences, and retreats for both men and women.
Newsweek Article: The Trouble with Boys (no longer on-line) - this article (January 30, 2006) describes a lot of the challenges that boys face in education.
Portland Press Herald: The New Gender Gap - in-depth coverage of the status of young men in education in Maine. This 4-day article series (beginning on March 26, 2006) provides current information about the educational crisis of boys and ways educators are trying to address it.

Parent Outreach Project:
We offer a Dad's Group on the first Monday of every month in Keene, NH. The purpose of this group is to provide a space for dads to share parenting ideas and strategies about the challenges and rewards of being a parent. The group meets at 105 Castle Street in the Housing building. Please RSVP Rebecca Fray if you'd like to attend at 603-355-3082 so we have enough pizza for all!
