There will be a meeting of Governor and Council of New Hampshire held at the Inn on Newfound Lake, 1030 Mayhew Turnpike (3A), Bridgewater, New Hampshire on August 5, 2014 at 10:00 AM. The meeting will include a hearing that is open to the public under RSA 162-I:9 and the provisions of Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, with respect to the proposed issue of up to $2,265,000 of revenue bonds by the Business Finance Authority of the State of New Hampshire for the following purposes: (i) to refinance the acquisition of land and the purchase and improvement of that certain real property located at 2 Wilder Drive (also known as 43 Old County Road) in Plaistow, New Hampshire (the "Property") owned by Tru 2 Form Realty, LLC, a New Hampshire limited liability company; (ii) to refinance the purchase of and finance the renovation of an approximately 34,000 square foot facility owned by Tru 2 Form Realty, LLC that is located on the Property; (iii) to finance the purchase of related equipment; and (iv) to pay related costs and expenses, possibly including issuance expenses and capitalized interest (collectively, the "Project"). The Project will be owned, occupied and used by Tru 2 Form Realty, LLC and Tru Form Precision Manufacturing, LLC, a New Hampshire limited liability company, as Co-Borrowers in connection with their business of specializing in value-added manufacturing including engineering design, precision complex machining and turn key electromechanical assemblies.
