Plymouth State University - Executive Councilor Ray Burton received the 2010 Granite State Award at the Fall Convocation of Incoming Class of 2014 and Faculty. The Award reads "Plymouth State University Presents the Granite State Award for Outstanding Public Service to Raymond S. Burton in recognition of your contributions to the State Of New Hampshire August, 2010"
