Lisbon, NH Councilor Ray Burton greets Joe Cook of North Stratford one of 100 participants in the 6th Annual Vintage Snowmobile Races sponsored by the Lisbon Stump Snowmobile Club. The race consisted of 160 separate races with hundreds of spectators watching.

Councilor Ray Burton is being interviewed by Shirley Mower Fenoff of North Haverhill a 2013 NH Leadership Class Member who will become one of over 600 Graduates in this NH program which has been going since 1992. "This program has benefitted everyone who has experienced the wide variety of classes and field trips throughout NH" Burton stated.
