Hanover, NH Councilor Ray Burton made an official visit to the Twin State Radio Club to observe and learn of their work in responding to community emergencies. On July 14th, for a scheduled race, some 40 members of this club will assist in covering those area that have no cell service to ensure quick responses to emergencies. |

Ms. Kelly served as nurse in WW II in France. This award is the highest honor presented to citizens regardless of their native country. |
